Hannah will be offering us the tools and guidance on how best to manage these moments – Mindset is key!
Hannah is a highly skilled & committed Mental Health professional; with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, communities and corporate organisations to raise Mental Health awareness & build stronger wellbeing strategies.
Hannah shares professional practices & tools that aid others in feeling more in control of our mind & wellbeing; gaining self awareness, understanding for behaviours & habits, building self confidence, reducing anxiety and ultimately moving forward positively. Through a range of group workshops & motivational talks, Hannah encourages personal reflection; deep diving into emotional intelligence to understand how we can all better self manage our own Mental Health.
